Customer Reviews
We stayed at Glacier Haven Inn for 4 nights in July 2025, and it was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in the charming caboose, and my kids - ages 4 and 8 - loved every minute of it. The location was perfect, close to both Glacier Park entrances, making it super convenient after tiring hikes. We really enjoyed being able to get fresh food and drinks from their restaurant to relax and refuel. The owner lady was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and cared for. We also accidentally left some belongings behind, and the owner shipped them to us, which truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I loved everything about this place and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Glacier Park - such a wonderful stay!
Positive: The view of Glacier National Park. Negative: The room was very small, but was fine for just me.
OMG, the new owners here ( they bought it in 2020) fantastic people. Their Cafe next door is a great place to eat. The potsticks are something to write home about. We used this campground as a basecamp to explore Glacier National Park and it worked very well for us. The rates here are reasonable as well. Plenty of shade as you are in the woods. A mile and a half east of the campground there is a really nice chance to get in the river. Our dog loves the water and living in Florida she can't swim because of gators. The laundry and bathroom were always clean and well stocked also. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in this area.
This review is for the RV park, which is part of the property. The owner was seriously so sweet and kind to us! She is really awesome! I didn’t give the full 5 stars for a couple minor reasons - you are between the road and the railroad tracks. We stayed closer to the road side, which was noisier for us than the train, which doesn’t even honk its horn in this area. We didn’t have trouble sleeping because of the noise, but we don’t tend to be bothered by those types of things. The office hours are a bit confusing. There is a sign on the door listing the hours, which are only in the afternoon/evening? Or maybe that’s the restaurant? Either way, I walked up one day to get change for the laundromat on site (which was very nice!), and the owner let me know they weren’t open, but still brought m
Worst service ive ever received. Booked a room for twp nights. When we were running late to the border, we called to let them know. We were answered by a very rude man. Didnt even know if wed dailed the right number to begin with. When he called back after questiining weather we even booked with him, he was short on how to get into our room, then hung up on us. Dedless to say we did not spend a single night, first night we had to book another room on the camadian side as the boarder was closed. Next day we showed up to this location. Nothing was open, no greet or check in. We found another location to go to. When checking out was bet with the same rudness, like we were an inconvienence. Nedless to say we did not stay, nor were we offered a refund for the second night we refused to stay f
