Small but very comfy and extremely clean. I cannot say enough about the owners, especially lori! She went way out of her way to get my wife flowers and gifts for my wife for our anniversary! We only stayed 1 night ||while visiting friends but was well worth it! I highly recommend!!!

I stayed there one night in July with 6 other family members. There is room for eight to sleep. The price is very fair and I was pleasantly surprised at how large and nice the apartment was. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It also has a full kitchen with dishes provided.

Wonderful place to stay and they do the little things to make you feel welcome. Little jar of candies, access to very nice game cleaning station, propane grill, nice coffee make with coffee, instant hot water, ample parking, I could go on and on but I will be a customer for life.

A Fabulous place to stay located in a great little small town filled with wonderful people. The Loft and Stone house are by far the best lodging in Genoa. I’ve stayed at every Motel or Inn that Genoa has to offer besides captain hooks and this place wins by a far shot. Like I said it’s a very comfortable and “Homey” environment with enough sleep area for a large party. I come out here Anually for the spring and fall walleye run and Genoa Motel has always been the first place I call for the family and I. Fives stars from the Catozzi’s
