Gazebo Inn Hotel

On our yearly trek to Branson to watch a performance at sight and sound theater. We liked to stay here. How ever,this trip we were put in a pet friendly room, which we have no pets. Second, it was on bottom floor down the hill from the office, my wife and I are in our sixties and don't walk up/down hill very well. The floor in the room was dirty and felt really bad on our feet, no carpet. Also night time sounds like upstairs flushing and drainage kept me awake. Bed was just barely ok.very disappointed this time. Staff was friendly but felt as is they really wanted to be elsewhere. Breakfast was again just ok. We will not be back.

Made a quick run to Branson and called to see if they had rooms available. They did and the quoted price was amazing. Two nights and I will be returning. The staff was amazingly nice, the room was clean and spacious and plenty of parking. Although I didn't eat there, they do offer a continental breakfast included with your stay. Easy access to Highway 76.

Writing this review honestly breaks my heart. My family has been staying at the Gazebo Inn in Branson since before I was born. I grew up coming here year after year — it was always a special, reliable place. Now that I’m married, I brought my husband and his family to share the experience, but it was a total disappointment.||The room was dirty from the start. The floors hadn’t been cleaned properly, the tub was grimy, and the sink was leaking. The microwave was gross, and when we looked behind it, it was disgusting. And when the bed shifted even slightly, we could see just how bad the floor around and underneath it really was — clearly untouched for a long time. The room was clean, but the long walkway to the end rooms are bad, staircases in the back that dont lead anywhere. Staff was fine, except... make sure you dont leave anything behind. Either the maid, keeps it or throws it away... I left a charger cord for a small fan. Never got turned in. If you need to park in the front or the side.... beware. Very steep slope.

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.
