Gavin On The Beach

Lovely place with seawiew for the second floor I woke up with the sunrise this morning and the guys running the place are real life lovers and super humble. I'm having a great time here, the rooms are clean and comfortable. All necessary things you may need is there. 25m from the broad walk and the beachfront. Can't get better then this it's a quit street with ocean breeze as your closest neighbor 10 stars if you ask me. 👍🏼👌🏼🌅🙏🏼

Enjoyed staying here. They have parking in front of the building. The host were excellent and informative and seemed to be always available. It was nice to be able to walk out the door and within about 100 Ft, be on the beach. The host provided beach chairs and towels for the guest. Room service is not daily as noted in reservation description, so this was expected and perfectly fine for us. The host make sure and repeatedly ask if there is anything we needed. See the pictures of the rooms. These rooms are set up more what I would call an efficiency apt, but they clean and very comfortable. This will be the first place I check for reservations when going back.

We stayed for 9 nights in late September/early October & it was amazing. The studio was very spacious yet so cozy. It had the most amazing view of the beach. It was supplied with anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! Fully stocked kitchen & bathroom with towels of plenty. They even supplied a starter of water, fruits, coffee, cookies. Beach towels & supplies also provided. The A/C was super cold & can we talk about the bed?? It was sooo comfortable I was sad to have to go home & sleep in my own bed Haha! The hosts were super friendly, accommodating, & genuinely great people. We felt so welcomed by them & other Gavin-goers & can't wait to go back. Rob & Dale.. we are looking forward to staying at Gavin in Feb 2020 if you have the availability!!

This was our second time visiting Gavin on the beach. The location is great being close to the Broadwalk with all the restaurants and bars. Rob and Dale are very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartments have everything you need and the pool is great. The view of the beach is amazing especially at sunrise!!

seems like horrible mildew and mold problem my wife and I had to leave the next day as we could not not breathe. Owners do not seem to care that their place is old and run-down and unhealthy. I contacted owner that evening after making sure we could find other accommodations at the Marriott, not far away on Hollywood Beach. I left a message with him explaining situation. That was at 11. I called next morning again at 9:02 explaining and leaving msg. Each time I said we were checking out. He never returned call. When he says I did not check out he is not telling the truth. When he says we snuck out out in middle of night he is lying. We left at 8 PM and spent time finding a place before contacting him and checking out. My wife and I had no problems at Marriott. We Have been visiting souther
