Gateway To The Breaks Motel

The Host was amazing. He made sure that we had everything we needed.The room was good. The beds and pillows soft. The room was clean with snacks and a in room coffee pot. At the office they fix coffee that is ready at 6am. Outside oasis is so beautiful. Two separate picnic areas equipped with a grill and a fire that they start every night. With extra firewood provided. Each area has lights that cast a beautiful glow. My favorite area was the fire pit that was beside the creek. It was so relaxing sitting by the warm fire roasting marshmallows provided by the Host listening to the sounds of the creek. Basketball goal for a quick game and cornhole boards that had lights for an added touch at night. Just minutes from the Breaks Interstate Park and all the hiking your heart desires. The Mexican

Just found out about the Breaks, way too late to attempt lodging in the park. Enter Gateway Motel, just a short drive from the park! The room was clean and the king bed option was great. Service was awesome, everyone so friendly and helpful. There aren't too many places around to eat unfortunately, but this was mostly due to my food allergies. The only other thing of mention is the place is extremely lit up at night, likely to keep the bears away. I had some trouble falling asleep, but my husband had no issues, so I guess it just depends on the person. We had a great visit and hope to make it back sooner than later!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and well equipped to meet our needs. Really enjoyed the upstairs room and outside lounge with fire pit. This was our second stay here while visiting family in the area. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Nice little motel. Outstanding service. We came down to ride the hillbilly trails system and the outlaw trails. They took great care of us. Motel is right there where you need to be. We’ll be back.

We were there several nights due to a family emergency, do we had to rent different rooms during our stay of 3 nights. Not all the rooms were the same. We had one room that was really nice, one was just ok, the other one not so much. The staff and was great and the atmosphere was awesome. One night a staff member built us a really nice fire.
