Garden Totowa

Everything about this place from day 1 to Day 4 was horrible! We drove into the parking garage to go park and there were mattresses all over the parking garages FLOOR. we thought they were dirty mattresses they were getting rid of but when we approached the rude individual at the front desk he rudely met us with a sarcastic tone acting so dumb and oblivious even saying the mattresses are there because they’re being replaced by the ones that are in the rooms that everybody is currently staying at, we questioned him and he quickly changed what he said with his face turning very red. Once we got our room key to our room we waited 5 minutes for the elevator to open, one of them didn’t work. Once we entered the elevator was cold and there was no HEAT in the elevator or in the hallways leading

Stayed here for 3 nights. They have us a room that had broken toilet that flooded in the middle of the night and the water was all over the bathroom and the room as well. We ended up having to change the room. You could easily tell that the room was not ready to be opened for guests and if you have to go there I recommend you test everything in the room and take good look before agreeing to stay in it. I stay here because of the cost and the proximity to family at Christmas. I am here only one night. The staff is welcoming, nice and accommodating. The hotel itself could use some love. The common areas while appearing clean are old and shabby which gives the hotel a run down look. The rooms are reasonably clean but things like a rumbling heater system, an extremely noisy faucet, decorative tiles around the base of the tub falling out, caulking in the shower missing, shower heads not tight within the wall, and water stains on ceilings make for a dingy appearance. Good news: beds and pillows are comfortable and no bed bugs.

Positive: Nothing it was dirty garbage was in the hallway and the room had tape on the walls and dirt and spider webs.i couldn't stay there i left. Negative: It was very dirty I took pictures. I would never stay there or recommend anyone. Microwave in the hallway not even in the room .I asked for my money back

The room overall was good, location was good as well. The bathroom was very mediocre only because of the toilet… I walked in and automatically assumed it wasn’t clean but I looked closer and it just looked like someone painted it or something. Not visually appealing at all. The hotel is definitely outdated as well which I guess attracts some questionable guests so , be cautious of that as well. I’ve stayed at much better hotels for the same price.
