RV campground. We found a flat tire on the rig just before pulling out. The manager's family, who happened to be right next to us were very helpful. An hour or so later with other helpful camping neighbors and tools, they came together in TRUE CAMPGROUND community fashioned and helped out a follow traveler. HAPPY TRAILS folks. This is a very cute and comfortable park. The park was very clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Even though we only stayed for one night (just passing through), we could feel a sense of comfort and peacefulness. From the moment we walked into the office , Primarie, from the office staff, greeted us by name and immediately made us feel welcomed. We then were escorted to our site by one of the groundskeepers and did not leave until he made sure that we had everything we needed. Our site was pretty leveled and spacious and had a picnic table on a concrete pad. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff at Gainesville RV Park are awesome! We stopped for an overnight (great location) on our way to Fort Myers. Preparing to leave the next morning we found we had a flat tire on the RV. I recently recovered from a broken hip and my knee is in bad shape (I use a cane to walk). As I started to work on putting the spare on, help arrived. Leroy (grandpa), Kaylee (manager), and Brad (husband) all helped. They brought a floor jack over, broke the lug nuts, and helped me with the whole spare tire change. I can't thank them enough. I appreciated the help so much as it's hard for me to get down and up from the ground. Wonderful campground and terrific staff. This will become a regular overnight stop for us as we snowbird north and south.

We have stayed at The Gainesville RV Park twice now. You will not find sweeter or more caring staff. The facilities are clean and the sites are always nice. Our stays are strategic and planned but they’re also located in a great place for a pit stop or just to run away for the weekend! The WiFi is sufficient for streaming and surfing.
