RV sites provide power, water, sewer. Most of the pads have a significant downslope away from the street. Water pressure is good and water tastes/smells good, not hard. There’s not much grounds to the park, no amenities other than the sites. Payment is on the honor system at the small bathroom/shower building. The men’s bathroom/shower is absolutely unusable. The toilet is empty/dry, no knob on the door, sidewalk overgrown, leaves blown into the room. It hasn’t been used in months/years. The women’s bathroom is functional but nothing fancy. Concrete walls/floor with a single blinking/faulty CFL. I believe that most women would not be comfortable using it beyond emergency use. No wifi but Verizon service is excellent.
