Friends RV Park

It's a clean and quiet place, it has a generous bathroom with shower and has laundry on site. The campsite has hook ups for electric, water, and sewer. It's close to town and near the mountains so it's great for day trips. It has a small park with a barbeque and picnic table and it's pet friendly.

Not too bad. Spent 9 months here. This is not a campground or resort. Rent very reasonable. A bit run down but fully functionable. Manager and owner present often and decent. Pay by cash. Communal mailbox.

Update: The new owner Lori has done a lot of upgrades on the place and has gotten rid of the riff raff that was in here. It's a clean safe place to live. She is more than fair with everyone in here!! It was a nice place, now it's a nicer place. I've been here going on 5 years now. The new owner has done a lot of work on the place. She's not even done yet. I call it home, for us it is home. Lori is a great landlord one really couldn't ask for a better landlord. So I give her a 5-star rating.

It's great that there's hot water for the shower. Only down side is there's no access to an on-site laundry and there's no faucet at the sink. The whole community has to share one shower and one bathroom. But the door locks and the hot water is scalding. The community is a small bit the urinal and toilet and shower ate all in one room so having to share that takes a lot of patience and planning.

There were plenty of available lots, but the manager assigned us a spot between two permanent residents. On one side, we were treated to a Vietnam documentary on full volume all night long. On the other side, we enjoyed a messed up sewage line in the morning. Stray cats everywhere. The bathroom was unusable. This is not a camp ground. This is a trailer park masquerading as an RV park. Do not stay here.
