Amazing free gondola ride! And you can bring your pups too? They may get lightheaded, but it is worth the ride. Telluride is a dog lovers and mountain views paradise!
One of the best advantages of a visit to Telluride is this free gondola that connects the areas of Mountain Village and Telluride together. The ride back and forth takes about 15 minutes, and the views are amazing. This gondola ride is also a great way to get some nice on-mountain hiking in. Hopefully, this ride always stays free!
Free gondola with great scenery on the way to San Sophia station and Telluride. Ride to Telluride took about 12 minutes with a short stop over at San Sophia. Such a fun way to see the town!
What a lovely experience and we were honestly shocked it was FREE! We would have paid $5-10 to ride it so it was a nice treat on our vacation. We visited during peak Fall in October and the 3 gondola rides from mtn village to telluride were outstanding. Please keep the gondola around for all future visitors and tourists!
If you are in Telluride, taking the gondola is a must! It offers stunning views of the area and is completely free. Yes, free! It’s the best way to get around and is not too busy. Highly recommend!
