Franklin Mobile Home Park

My family first moved in 16 years ago. It was a nice park when doretta ran it. Now its trashy and the owners of the park do nothing to actually fix things. They cover it up with fake grass and a smaller pool. The office lady? Awful. She's rude and always smoking cigarettes. Our trailer is literally sliding into the creek and the owners dont care. The trees are technically lot property but they dont care for them either. They decide to randomly change rules, so crazy and when you complain or anything she just says we're the cheapest I have a list..... quality of life here has gone down tremendously but our trailer is too old to move so we're stuck at this awful place unless we sell. Tangent corp is a piece of crap. Highly dont recommend here. Also office hours are just suggestions i guess

I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought my son a mobile home here years ago, it was already in place. Seemed like a nice park, but services are really lacking, and the neighbors all have their nose in everybody else's business. Management was rude the few times I dealt with them. The trash situation is just beyond belief and it's right out there in the open to see the first thing when you drive into the park! I wouldn't let my dog live here.

Hi this is my review to the so called" people" their parking lot sucks badly and we cant do anything on our free hands so we always have to inform them and also ask them everything cuz have big dogs or anything lile that also they want us to have our house spot less?!??! And they come leave papers uncomtrolabley. Also the owner is incredibly rude and as alot of people know nobody likes that. And thats why I will be moving very very soon.

This is a quiet little community tucked away in the big city. It's old school. Neighborly. Very low crime and if it does pop up in here...we as residents don't tolerate it and get rid of it quick as we can. People watch out after each other here.

I heard from a tenant that on street parking rules are being exploited, (and not everyone receiving the same treatment here. Our city council had rules against such treatment, might be time to attend the open meetings. Photos of the neighbors that are allowed 6 cars to follow.
