Franklin Inn & Suites

Good hotel, staff were super friendly, beds were super firm which my husband liked but made for a difficult sleep for me. Also stayed at start of hunting season so some guests were mildly noisy. Walls are thin! Would stay here again

The hotel was going under renovation, but was mostly finished. Our bed was excellent and the room clean. Linens were good. Shower had nice pressure in the accessible room. Check-in and out was fast, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast was good. Some nearby train and highway noise heard, however, did not keep us awake.

This is a 2 star hotel at best no room service the staff have attitude problems and there's no privacy staff will go through your stuff showers clog up and the shower curtain doesn't cover shower water spills out everywere been here a week for work not once have they came and changed towels or bring paper for the bathroom just a horrible experience

I don't know if I can say enough things about this place. Here's my honest breakdown. Dennie helped me in more ways then I can ask for. Everyone is very personable but she went above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and tidy. I can tell they take pride in this place, as you can see the place has been very recently remodeled. The beds are VERY comfortable and that HOT breakfast in the morning is on point. Thank you guys for having me and I highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel for a great price this place is it. Doing a video review here and will be up very soon look up D.A.D.S. Very disappointed compared to other times I stayed here. The hall way smelled musty and like smoke. The ac in the 3rd floor did not work. The pool was nasty and the green. The remote had gunk on it. The whole room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The state of the room was even worse. The carpet and pull out couch were nasty. The toilet had yellow stains and the water was rusty. I was unable to take a shower the two days I stayed there because the water wasn’t draining properly. I brought it up to the staff and said they could move us to a different room and then took it back and said they would clean it. Very disappointed for how I was treated like I didn’t matter. I couldn’t even get an extra pillow for the pullout couch. Never staying here again I would rather drive further away tha
