Franklin Inn

They are okay they were friendly until they start complaining which they need to watch the police without in the room without them knowing smoking pot because when we went into the room all we snored was nothing but pot like can be friendly when they tell you you can have a dog there and then they say you can't especially when the dogs are clean so that I would advise you if you go to any motel go to the super 8 motel in Lavonia Georgia they are friendly clean and kind they will charge you for your pets but when you check out you will get the feedback after they go inspect the room before you leave you'll get your $60 back to the super 8 motel they are the best motels to go to it only costs $105 but $60 if you are $20 for pets but you will get your feedback at checkout

We have visited the town of Royston many many times. We always stay at the Franklin Inn (formerly known as the Royston Motel).|We find checking in is easy and the people are always friendly. |Although it is on a main road it is always quiet. We have always had nice clean rooms and everything we need is there when we check in.|You will find shopping across the road from the motel and many different eating establishments although there is a very nice restraurant right next door with great food and great prices.|Give it a try next time you are there, I feel you will be quite pleased.|

But you get what you pay for..there's nothing good I can say about this place.

Wouldn't recommend this motel for any kind of business or personal stay. I've seen better service at the cheapest roach motel I've stayed. Every time you call, you get the rude, unfriendly owners on the phone. They will give you all kinds of excuses. For example, there are no rooms available and you sitting in the parking lot and there are not a handful of cars in the parking lot. You can count all the empty rooms there. Doesn't matter how much paint you put on on the outside and inside still a horrible place to stay. Days Inn is only a few miles down the road.

Unique place with very affordable rooms. Rooms are 50 to $55. Get the 55 room. It's actually not so bad.
