I often put-in my kayak at Fox Landing. Sometimes further upstream at either Nelson or Norway Point landings, but Fox is a favorite.
We love spending Father's Day weekend here! Best of all it was Freeeee!
Every landing on the St Croix River is something special. Fox Landing is a really nice one for swimming. As always, wear water shoes or old tennis shoes. There are some rocks, but a lot of sand further out.
Very nice landing, has parking, river access, picnic table, access to trails and a beautiful little creek that just adds to the charm
My parents and I used to access the river here in the 1970's. We enjoyed the place so much.
