Four Seasons Country Inn

Our work crew stays here weekly. Excellent service if you need something the owners are there in 5 minutes. Nobody's hovering over you or worried about you being too loud or whatever. Two good kitchens. If you want a road facing room with an outside door you got that option. Love staying here. My family came and spent the night with me it was awesome. If you're looking for a place that you can feel like you're at home on the road this is it. I'm not a bot and I wasn't paid to say this LOL. 10x better than any hotel and way cheaper than a Airbnb. Third floor rooms have jacuzzis and are excellent suites for one-on-one time.

I really wanted to love this place. The person we spoke with was very nice. The outside looks amazing. Inside different story. Really needs to be deep cleaned. Most everything had a lot of dust and dirt. Walls and doors were very dirty. Bathroom floor was sticky. Shower head was an old one and angle not adjustable. Smoke detector was missing. A/C was cool but not cold, we had to leave the fan running on the unit. We put out about 30 stink bugs. Door curtain didn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. No breakfast items or coffee except for three Kurig flavored cups. No one on the grounds except when we first arrived and had to call when we both walked out without the keys cards and we had to call them to come and let us back in, we waited 20 minutes on the porch. First time ever doing that

Those running this place have bad customer service. Checked in at 9:00pm noticing there was only one other car in their small parking lot. The person that checked me in tried 3 different times to get me to charge 2 nights. I repeated multiple times. I need 1 night. The next morning I asked to see if checking out at 12:00pm would be good. No problem. I checked out at noon from a hotel that had no other customers staying there. Next day, they charged my card $50. Late check out fee they said. Terrible place. Stay away.

I paid for the room the man gave me the key and left. When I got inside the room the air conditioner was not working no TV no phone no Internet. I left my card and note at the front desk. I called the gentleman and he said that he would try to refund my state the following day. I called him and he lied and said everything was working and that there was a 24-hour cancellation policy. It cost me $109 to walk in the room. There was no one else there. I understand why now. I would give zero Stars if possible

Pulled into an empty parking lot. Had to call in. Owner had to send his wife over. She takes payment in total of $444.76 for the king suite with jacuzzi. She walks me up to the third floor. Room 301. I have begun to feel quite uneasy about things, but being my easy going self, I decide the room looks alright at first glance. Wrong. Incorrect. This was the most insane transaction of services I have ever done. The room is a stained carpet mess. She leaves, presumably back for home, and my wife and I are the ONLY ones in this dilapidated and dimly lit horror movie hotel. We, realizing the error of my ways in booking this weekend getaway, decide to investigate the property with morbid curiosity before we pull a NOPE and head out for the Comfort Inn in Cave City.
