Four Points by Sheraton Mount Prospect O’Hare

My wife and I booked the hotel due to close proximity to Ohare. Was sold on the free shuttle... Then, found out the shuttle only runs 3pm-11pm. Thus, had to pay Uber $50 to get to the airport. Their ad on the Marriott site is mis-leading. Buyer Beware!!! Other than that, the hotel was very adequate, no other complaints.

Very clean hotel. The happy hour was a plus. The location from the city was a bit far but thankfully we rented a car. It was fine for a quick trip and a place to sleep and shower.

Dear guests of this hotel, I suggest you take into account the opinions of other guests, as I was a guest for many years. Unfortunately, this week I had a bad experience with the reception staff, the housekeeping staff, and, even worse, the room inspectors after cleaning. I suggest you replace the main staff responsible for thoroughly checking the housekeeping service. I believe I am not alone, as I have seen this hotel empty and it still isn't properly cleaned. I found food stains on the sheets and, even worse, bed bug larvae all over the bed. Therefore, I believe this was the last time I will use the services of this hotel. As soon as I arrive at my destination, I will go to my doctor for a medical check-up; if necessary, I will sue this company. I'm sorry I can't download or upload the

I arrived late afternoon to shower and change for an evening event. I'm glad I always travel with my own soap because the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. I received a courtesy call from the front desk while I was getting dressed and I told the employee about the empty dispenser. He wanted to send someone to refill it but I told him to wait 30 mins until I leave. Got back to the room after midnight and the dispenser was still empty. Poor service!
