Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were spacious, which made it super comfortable. Everything was clean, from the room itself to the bathroom, which was spotless and well-maintained. The view from the room was also great, adding to the overall experience. The hotel had all the essentials, and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay—everything worked perfectly. The price was reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. No complaints at all! Definitely would stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

When choosing a hotel at Miami airport to stay in Thanksgiving night on a long way over, I chose one that was close, reasonably priced but seemed safe. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Four Points. From talking Lana at the front desk to make sure that I was getting picked up at the right place, to Jose, the very helpful transportation supervisor who was driving on Thanksgiving night, and Lindsey who is on the desk in the morning, everyone was so pleasant and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of us guests.| |The room was much better than I expected, with two queen beds and a really good shower. There was even a gym downstairs, open 24 hours a day, and all in all it was a perfect place for my needs.

Rooms were clean! Perfect for our stay in Miami! We were just staying to go to the cruise port. They have a shuttle to take you and pick you up so if you need to go to the airport you're good. The bar downstairs and drinks and food which was perfect cause we didn't have to leave. I would do it again!

Positive: "" Negative: ceiling mildew grew visible second night and very uncomfortable situation when you laying on the bed! Talk to the rep but they don't want to change the room for us!

From the moment we arrived early, we were greeted by Maria who gave us a very warm welcome, helped us store our baggage and gave us access to the pool while we were waiting for our room. She made sure we had pool towels and personally delivered our Key, poolside, when our room was ready. It’s rare to find an employee to make sure to take extra care of guests. A few small details made our first impression and stay wonderful. Thanks Maria!
