Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West

We stayed here for a convention at the Javits Center, the location of this hotel is very good as it's within a reasonable walkable distance to the center. The hotel staff are wonderful as our flight was delayed and I was worried about losing my room however with one phone call they were able to assist me and assured me that I would have my room upon landing. The service is wonderful and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I stayed here for two days and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, the kind of genuine hospitality that truly stands out. Marvin Eastman and Joel Abreu were especially friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with any questions. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even better. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and impressively quiet for Manhattan. I loved how peaceful the area was, with almost no street noise. They also offer free coffee at the entrance, which was a great touch and made mornings even nicer. We were also able to store our luggage after checking out, which made our travel plans much easier and stress-free. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hote

It was clean and our room was more spacious than many NYC hotel rooms. Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were lucky they let us check in early. Wish our room had had a little fridge, but otherwise, it had everything we needed. The room thermostat even had a way to mark whether or not you want your room made up that day by housekeeping. Bed was pretty comfortable. Upon arrival, they gave us two free bottled waters, tea and coffee in our room. We refilled the waters in the gym on the lower level below the front foyer level. Location is about a block from the line 7 subway station. Friedman's is a good restaurant around the corner with a lot of gluten free options.

A bit of hiccup when we wanted to check in. It seems hotel has no record from Trip.com. so wanted us to pay so as to be able to check in. Then asked me to slot in credit card into machine without explaining to me what it is for and how much will be deducted. Only after my repeated asking did the front desk manager reply that the full stay amount charges will be deducted. However I have already paid Trip.com, so I did not want to sign on the machine. However it seems like the amount is still deducted?I'm still waiting for that amount and USD75 of the deposit to be reversed (according to the bank).Close to Vessel, the other places are still walkable.

I was in an upgraded high floor room looking at Hudson Yards. It was nice. Breakfast area is small but nice. Location is perfect for Javitz and Hudson Yards or MSG areas. Unfortunately, on this particular visit, the building hot water pump failed, so everyone had a cold shower in the morning. Surprisingly, they located a new one and had it installed by mid afternoon. I received 2 emails offering regrets, a breakfast voucher, and some Bonvoy points. It was all appreciated , knowing the room taste was $700 per night.
