Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

Four Points has become our go-to hotel in the Twin Cities. It is a 10-minute drive to MSP and has a complimentary shuttle and good park ‘n fly rates. What stands out the most, however, is how friendly hotel manager Leon and his staff are. They go out of their way to make your stay special. For example, when we arrived at MSP late last night and the shuttle was not available, Leon personally arranged for an Uber and stayed on the phone with us until he knew that we had connected with the driver. He greeted us when we arrived at the hotel and was there the next morning before we left. He also introduced us to the hotel’s helpful supervisors and staff, including Mirella and Kaelin. Overall, this is a nice and decent place, and the general environment is comfortable and well maintained. The layout is reasonable, and the space feels clean and organized, which makes it suitable for working or spending longer periods of time. However, there is one issue that affects comfort and should be improved. The air conditioner is positioned too close to the desk, and the airflow is directed straight toward the seating area. As a result, the cold air constantly blows directly onto my head and upper body, which becomes uncomfortable after a while. This makes it difficult to stay focused, especially during extended work sessions, and can also cause discomfort such as feeling too cold or experiencing stiffness. Hands down this is by far one of the best Four Points we have ever stayed at worldwide. We were checked in on Saturday afternoon by a charming young lady. She was informative, funny and made us feel instantly welcome. Our room was a king which was large, spotlessly clean and had a separate area with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was the best part. A large wall mounted TV to one side, a jetted tub to the other and a huge dual head shower on the other side. We were so comfortable we decided against going out to dinner to headed downstairs for happy hour. The barman was very pleasant and we had a fun time. Afterwards it was a pizza delivery and a very early night. We both slept amazingly well. We highly recommend this hotel if you are flying in or out of MSP. There isn't a s

Positive: The hotel looks like it was as some point a very nice and had good facilities. Negative: The room was cold or very hot, the temp would not regulate, and the hot tub did not have any jets working.

Pretty nice hotel. Front desk staff nice. The issue I have is check out is at 12 which is nice but housekeeping is knocking on our door at 945 then again at 11, waking us up. Check out is at 12! So instead of getting to sleep in on a Sunday , we just get to lay here wide awake listening to housekeeping knocking on all the doors on the floor at 9am ... i was a Housekeeping supervisor for 5 years .. this isn't how you do it. There are refreshes and other confirmed check outs and other areas of the hotel that can be cleaned until 12 so you arent continuously bugging your guests. If check out is 12 give your guests until that time. They paid for it.
