Fountain Motel

Stayed in the Lodge room for the weekend and it was great. Room was cozy, had cute decor and bed was comfortable. Room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. Motel had all the necessary amenities in working order. Outdoor seating was a plus watching the sunset. Friendly staff & service too. We plan on visiting again next summer. Would recommend to anyone.

We have often enjoyed the hospitality and accommodations at the Fountain Motel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are pleasant and helpful. Location is easily accessible on the main road.

I hesitate to provide a review for this motel as I'd prefer to keep it a secret. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were greeted very warmly when we checked in. The bathroom towels are a higher quality than we experience at Holiday Inn Express. The water is softened so its easy to lather shampoo and soap. If there is one drawback it's the quantity of decorations on the vanity counter - leaving sparse room for toiletries. We'll stay here again.

This is a really nice roadside motel. I thought it was right on the Mississippi River, it's not, but it is very close. This motel was clean, well maintained, the owner was very nice, the showers had good pressure and the beds were comfy. There are some great restaurants right in town and the drive is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay at Fountain Motel several times a year. It has become our home away from home when we need to escape the city. It’s always spotless and the owners work hard to keep everything top notch. We would rate 5+ if we could.
