Foster Inn

I just wanted to find a nice motel for a reasonable price and this one was perfect!! The room was very clean and it met our expectations. Very nice if you need a quick rest stop that’s clean and tidy.

Efficient, friendly, convenient location, warm, welcoming and friendly management. Immaculate, comfortable room and bed. This is my GO TO lodging residence when visiting Monticello and the ChampaignUrbana area. A hidden treasure. ANOTHER stay at this clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable establishment. Cannot say enough good things about Foster Inn. Owners are the best!

The beds were comfortable, had cold AC, and hot water. But my room smelled like a mix of cat/rodent urine. My sense of smell isn't the best, but I almost thought about leaving. I am unsure if the smell is from a previous long term guest in my room or the carpet. The price was reasonable, even cheap in this economy. But for a little bit more money I could've stayed elsewhere. If you are on tight budget or need a place for some quick sleep, this place is for you. If you have a sensitive nose, I would not recommend this place.

Currently staying here for two days while I’m in town for work. The two people at the front desk were very friendly and check-in was easy. It’s definitely an older location, but it was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and I don’t have any complaints!

If all you need is a comfortable bed and a hot shower, this is the cleanest motel of its type I've been in. It is designed for value. A motor lodge style with physical keys. Rooms 2-6 are across the parking lot from the entrance to a bar and bowling alley next door. Although we were in room 2, surprisingly very little noise came through.
