Fortune House Hotel

We really liked our 1 bedroom suite. We had a balcony, which was nice. We knew we had a full kitchen going into the trip, but were pleasantly surprised to see it was pretty well stocked with the essentials to be able to cook/eat while there. The valet was seamless. We would call for our car in the room and walk down and most times it was sitting there waiting for us. 24 hour valet too, which was nice for our early mornings and late nights. No complaints, and we would likely stay here again if we decide to come back.

Excellent location with metro close as uber and taxi can be expenses (to and from airport) and Brickell a great area also. |Friendly staff and very helpful professional and well coming with no waiting around at reception. ||Rooms very clean , spacious , modern and pictures match. |Miami is expensive but for price plus service it’s very good for Miami in terms of hotels would be 10/10 for what you get and iv stayed in a few. |We also got a upgrade on arrival and checked in at 12 noon not the usual 3 or 4pm as we had are 1 year old with us this was extremely helpful at no extra cost and check out was 12 again very helpful not having to go at 11.

We will definitely stay here again. Even with limited staffing they did great. Some of the interiors in the rooms like baseboards, door frames and stuff like that could use a good detail clean and touch up paint simply because it's probably a little older but overall very very clean and it has sleek updated finishes. Our room had a super comfy king size bed, washer and dryer, rain shower, huge closet, full kitchen, and pretty balcony view. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pool was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. The only thing I didn't like was the shower being an open glass shower because even with us being careful we got water all over the floor. The room next to us was having a party and they were incredibly obnoxious and annoying but surprisingly they weren't as noisy through the wal

The staff were amazing! The room was beautiful and clean and the view was breathtaking. The manager was super nice to me and my friends, rearranging our bedrooms due to an overbooking situation. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend 100%!!
