Fort Randall Casino & Hotel

The room was extremely clean. The front desk staff, security, and restaurant staff were all very welcoming and nice. The shower was hot with good pressure. It did take a little while for the hot water to get to the third floor. It was quiet and comfortable. The mattress probably needs to be replaced, but we may do. We utilized the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and it was very good. I’m not sure why there are other bad reviews, but maybe management has changed. We had a very nice experience. We did not utilize the casino.

Great place to stay in South Dakota. The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the parking lot was large. We utilize the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was good. They do allow pets, we do not have pets so we suggested a room that did not have pets prior. Their second and third floor do not allow pets. The shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water once it made it to the third floor. The mattress most likely needs to be replaced, but we may do. It was comfortable and clean.

We stayed at Hotel during a wrestling tournament. The Hotel was filled up. We had great service the check in was great. The beds were comfortable and room clean. It was nice to have a comfy place to stay and not travel on icy roads. The food at restaurant was excellent also. My Hot beef and husband's Prime Rib were delicious.

Warm welcome, fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great casino and the food was delicious! I'm coming back as soon as I can! If you have a minute and a few nickels to rub together it's well worth your time to stop in and try your luck! I was in the birthday money machine and won $238 casino play! 5 stars Fort Randall Casino Employees, you really know how to treat a birthday girl! Great job guys!

Definitely not worth all the hype from the radio. No a/c so extremely hot inside. The games are old slots. No dragonlink games or any modern games. Will not go again
