Fort Osage RV Park

I’m a travel nurse who was on contract at a nearby hospital this summer, and I ended up at Fort Osage RV Park in Buckner after abandoning a much noisier park in Blue Springs. This review is a little delayed, but the difference between the two places was so huge that I had to share. I work nights, and finding a park where I can actually sleep during the day is almost impossible. Fort Osage RV Park was the total opposite of what I left—quiet, calm, and genuinely peaceful. I slept better here than at any park I’ve stayed at in a long time. All the hookups are brand-new and worked flawlessly. Leveling was super easy. The neighbors were friendly without being intrusive, and the owners clearly care about the property and the people staying there. They even have a tornado shelter plan in place,

Pulled in here for a few days to work on my motorhome. Very nice park. Easy to hook up. Friendly owner/ manager. O'Reilly's within walking distance made getting parts easy. Got myself all fixed up, rested and back on the road in no time. I'll stay here anytime I'm passing through.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fort Osage RV park. Shawna was very informative on things going on in area and where we could go in severe weather, etc. We would stay again!
