Fly Inn Lodge

We absolutely loved the fly inn lodge! Being locals to the area, the home and location cannot be beat! It is central to all needed conveniences, beautiful landscape, and the owners provide everything you could need and more. We are thankful for their hospitality and cannot wait to return!

Beautiful place , nice and clean. We stayed a couple different years but the owner is very passive! I'm sure its great for couples but Bruce was very present!!!!Literly mowing the grass in the rain...We sayed two years and the first time, we got there turns on the lights and unpacked and went to get fishing license. When we came back he was in the house complaining about leaving the lights on ??? I have never had anything like that happen on a rental. It was creep!! We had several customers and associates there, paid and left the place as found. Its truly one of the nicest places up there we stayed but Bruce is like no other owner we ever stayed with ...beware if you have a large group he will be there twice a day!!!

This is our first airb&b and I am beyond pleased. This absolutely gorgeous home remind us of the log cabins in lake Minerva in the Adirondacks. Being our first night as husband and wife, this location was absolutely perfect. The owners even gave us a complementary bottle of champagne. The owners have made a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere that is a luxury for both of us. It's a home away from home and then some. We are beyond pleased with how easy and convenient it was to enter and find our way around our home away from home. We will most definitely be coming back!! Thank you!!

In the area for a family reunion. This is a beautiful, very comfortable place to spend a lovely few days. Tranquil setting with nice view from bedroom balcony complete with bistro set for morning coffee. Clean and comfortable. We would come again! Rates are quite affordable, no more than for a nice hotel, and the owners are flexible about bringing along an extra kid or two. There were puzzles and games and a basketball hoop too! 5 minute drive to Olcutt Beach. Try it, it doesn't disappoint.

The Fly-In Lodge is a very nice place to stay for a weekend getaway. I've stayed in this place four times now for anniversary trips with my wife (who has also stayed here for a girls weekend), and each time we have had a great experience.||||The lodge features nice, rustic style interior, with a gas fireplace, TV/DVD/DirectTV, full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms (with balconies), set on very nicely maintained grounds, which used to be a small airport. ||||The owner, Bruce, has added nice touches such as some food and beverage amenities in the kitchen and information about the area. He has always been very accommodating and easy to work with in making reservations—we had something come up with our schedule and were able to reschedule easily this year.
