New building. Gym is brand new. Pool is amazing. Feels like fresh new start. Rooms are new car smell. Great atmosphere :)

Flow Brickell has been a great place for us. It’s family-friendly, well run, and doesn’t feel chaotic like some other buildings in Brickell. Everything is close tons of restaurants, shops, and places to walk to, which makes daily life super convenient. The building amenities are a big bonus, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. It feels like a place you can actually live in, not just pass through. We’re really glad we chose it.

Flow Brickell is one of the cleanest and most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The staff is genuinely welcoming and respectful, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and the furniture is exceptionally well maintained. The view from the room is absolutely spectacular, a perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The location is also ideal, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.
