Florida Motel

The woman who runs this place is a very kind, respectful woman with compassion and is very fair. She is constantly putting money into the place to clean it up and have it look nice. There were no pest issues, nothing like that. This is one of the few places you can go where it’s not corporately owned where the owner actually cares. She’s gone through a lot with tenets who have done nothing but trash the place and caused problems. So, if you come here please be mindful and clean your unit after you leave. Communication is key. She respects people who tries their best, works hard, and stays to themselves. It’s not the best area, but the area is what you make it. She also offers fair weekly rates. 10/10 would recommend. My hate goes off to this woman. 🧿🙏🏼

These Efficiencies are nice & There's nobody bothering you there's (No Bugs) it's Weekly this place is close to Dollar Tree or Dollar General 7/11 Gas Station & Java The Owners are Very Nice 😊 There's Picnic Tables Where you can just sit outside to enjoy the weather ☀🌴 & The Good part is There's No Rates When Special Events Come up!! It Stays the same.... This place is Where you can bring your family👪 if you cant afford them high price Motels Or Hotels this is the place to stay!!! I'm Giving this place 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star's

The manager is such an amazing lady. She has helped us through some of our most trying times.

Although the Manager is very nice, the place is a dump. It's bad.

Roaches..no heat..no ac...toilet overflowed with feces...disgusting..the lady gave back money only because she saw my sons gf have a major seizure because she stressed her out so bad
