Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort

This is an RV resort with privately owned sites. Some rentals may be available at times. There is a clubhouse with planned activities and other rooms for quilting. Card games and a library. Plus a workout room and laundry. Outdoors has pivkle ball courts, swimming pool and hot tub plus trails for golf cart rides.

The park is beautiful and well maintained. Lots are for sale but currently they have no way to build suites on the lots. Prior owners are selling theirs but most have noisy air conditioners inside. They are out in the country which makes it very peaceful, but 30 minute minimum drive to a golf course. Nice local restaurants . The best way to sell the lots would be to have plenty of activities for the residents so they look forward to coming back each season. Plenty of wildlife . We would stay there again.

If you crave a quiet, quiet, quiet place to rest your head, then this gated, Class A motorcoach community is the spot for you. Nestled within a region of pastureland, you will not hear any ambient noise whatsoever. Save the activities planned for its residents and guests, there is very little to see or do in the immediate vicinity. (Webster does have a huge flea market on Mondays that is worth a visit.) In addition to its pool/spa, fitness room, billiards/card room, computer room, and library, the resort provides a multitude of activities: potlucks, food truck nights, bingo and poker nights, Friday happy hours, concerts, arts and crafts, etc. (The activities coordinators definitely go above and beyond.) This is an amazing facility, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. We stayed a few days and enjoyed the RV park. The sites are large, I’m number are available to purchase, either from the developer or from existing owners. Apparently you must contract for any improvements to the site through the developer,And the developer has not had any contractors to work with for four years. The main facility is fantastic, with large meeting rooms and the great Hall. The bathrooms are as good as you can get, and always very clean. If it was near any place worth visiting I would love to stay here. The best bet is for snowbirds who just want to get out of the cold.

We are going to be here for about 7weeks it's a little out of the way, but we like it that way. We are about 40 minutes away from the Gulf beaches and the same from Disney. Big pool and the main building has a few amenities. But being here in the off-season a lot of things are quiet then how they are during the busy season during the winter.
