Floral Park Motor Lodge

I had a reservation confirmed for 3 days. As we were travelling from Montreal, I gave a notice to the agent that we will arrive very late for the check-in. She assured me he won’t be a problem and even said I don’t even need to book since they are not on demand, there’s plenty of room available. I insist to book the room and I remind her as it will be more than 7h drive we will be very tired I don’t want any surprise even if she is sure there will be availability. She took my reservation for 3 days(10-13 of October) and noted I will check-in late. We arrive in the hotel around 10:00 am in the 11 of October. Ridah front desk receptionist is theee best . I have been coming here for months and have been given exceptional customer service. Keep doing a good job I appreciate you .

Positive: This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The renovations they claim are false. I would like to discuss a refund. Negative: It was disgsuting and I didn’t feel safe.

I don't know who writes good reviews of this hotel but here's my review. The check in was with a gentleman who was behind glass, in a dimly lit room ..very hard to hear and understand him. The room had wallpaper peeling and stained. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner or body cream. The tub did not drain. And had mold around the rim. The beds were lumpy, the pillows had NO support. But the best , or the worst, was the constant smell of marijuana throughout the hall and then filtering in thru the AC vent. This is my review.

I booked a reservation on Priceline and within 5 minutes of booking I called to cancel the reservation. This was around my birthday the night auditor refused to give me a refund stating he needed a manager present which was a lie because I had family members who have been in the hotel industry for yearsssss! I’ll never book a hotel through Priceline ever again I should of just used my sisters discount
