Flip's RV Park

Great place to be, I stay in several camp grounds throughout the year due to work and flipp and his staff are by far the best people I’ve dealt with. Always looking out for the guest’s, even went as far as pulling my truck up under the pavilion when there is chance of storms. Would definitely recommend staying if in the Paris area!

We did an overnight stay at Flips. This is a new Rv park so it is a work in progress. Flip the owner is so accommodating. The store is being stocked. We will definitely stay again. Nice bathrooms and laundry. Long term stays permitted.

We stayed here for one night. The owner met us at check in and was extremely welcoming. The restrooms and laundry facilities were spotless. Highly recommend if you’re stopping in Paris, Texas.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were traveling through Texas and found this gem. We have a big fifth wheel toy hauler and they were able to accommodate us without a problem. The owner was very nice and very helpful to my husband when getting into our spot. The woman working the office was so sweet. She made you feel right at home. The property is beautiful, dog friendly and we slept great, because we felt safe.
