The people that own these properties, really care for there tenants. We moved in with a new born. Without asking the landlord took it upon themselves to make the front porch safer. Any concerns or issues are always handled quickly with no brush back. They are also located in an area where most landlords have raised the rent due to a new steal mill. These landlords have not. It's quiet, and peaceful. Hands down probably the best place I've ever rented.
