Fla-Net Park Campground

We stayed for a week in October 2025 and we found the location of this campground to be perfect for what we needed. Stores and gas stations are literally a 2 minute drive, and you can pop into NYC in under and hour from here! The campground is clean and well maintained and the staff is great! The restrooms and laundry leave something to be desired for sure, but they are clean and operational. No Wi-Fi was available during our stay, and when I asked the campground clerk about it she said they didn't have it anymore. Most of the folks in this campground are permanent residents, or at least seasonal, and the campsites are LITERALLY right on top of each other. BEWARE!!! The exit has spikes to pop your tires if you enter it instead of the entrance!! Small site for a pull through. Had to take car of the back to fit. Staff upon arriving was ok. They let us in the gate but we had no idea where to go. They said they emailed a map to us which we never got. The did end up talking us through how to get to our site but was some what rude about it. Good for a quick stop in between locations.

Conveniently located near the I-80. Hookups are good. Staff (on phone) very helpful; we thought we had booked, but when we called to confirm, we had not. The lady on the phone was happy to register us for the same night, just 5 hours prior to arrival. Seems to be a largely residential park, but convenient for passers-through, like us.

When it comes to location, this place has it! There are 2 ponds on site along with a tetherball for the kids to play with. It’s quiet. If you are traveling with a fifth wheel or larger rig, be aware the lots are very close together. We were traveling with family so backing into our site wasn’t too much of a challenge. There are restaurants, grocery shopping and gas stations nearby. If you need mail delivery, use the campground address and you can pick it up from the office. If you need things like propane, firewood, washer/dryer, they have those things on site

Campground appears to be mostly permanent residents. It is run down with rough roads. Our water filter was stolen. Price was high for what we got. We wouldn’t recommend. ||Office staff was nice. Bathrooms are older, but remodeled. Good location to shops and restaurants across the street.
