Five Winds Farm Bed and Barn

Joanne was such an awesome host! We loved our stay. It was such a beautiful and clean home, perfect for attending the wedding at Nana Mac Meadows.

Five Winds Farm was a great place for my family to stay during my daughter's wedding weekend at Nana-Mac Meadows just up the road. The house was spacious, pristine, and comfortable! Our hosts were there when we checked in and showed us the ins and outs of the house. We also appreciated the wine and cheese plate left for us. It was a great welcome! If you are looking for a place to stay for a wedding in the area or looking for a homebase to explore and hike around Pilot Mountain, I highly recommend staying at Five Winds Farm and Barn! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at Five Winds Farm Bed and Barn recently. We were in the area for a wedding. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed meeting the owner who was super nice and helpful. We ate breakfast at a local place he recommended and found out about local hiking areas. We will be back when we have more time to stay and enjoy this place. I ended up being relocated to the area for work and my marketing director recommended I check this this place out and I'm sure glad I did!! I loved it so much I stayed for 8 months. The home is cozy and has all the comforts of home. Even more the people that operate this farm and bed are absolutely wonderful individuals. From the moment I arrived Joanne and her husband Derick was very hospitable, informative, caring and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a home away from home. These folks are great!!!

Had the most amazing time. My husband work relocated him. A co-worker recommended this place after he stayed in a extended stay. This place is so nice. We are a family of five. The kids and myself would come up from SC to visit on weekends and school breaks until our lease let up and we found a home. The house is absolutely beautiful. Its a 3 bed 2 bath with washer and dryer and full kitchen. Its close to many attractions such as pilot mountain and mt airy( where the andy griffin show was filmed). Your about 25mins from downtown Winston-Salem. Lots of different food options available. The house is private and separate from the owners.
