Five Rivers Motel & R.V. Park

So me and my family moved here since our old house burnt down. It was the cheapest and quickest place we could get. Overall the people at the lot aren't bad. my problems lie with the owners. 1. The WiFi is absolutely horrible, can't really do anything unless you stay up till 2 am. 2. The shower room has been "out of service" for about 5 weeks now. 3. The owners accent is super thick, making it hard to understand them. 4. When we moved here we never had a roach problem, now we do. 5. It is just overall not a good place. I seriously encourage you to find somewhere else. (This is just for the RV lot, I do not know about the motel area, if I had to guess it's either slightly better or way worse)

Small town motel of single story style built many years ago. Outside and premises were very well kept. Furniture and carpet showed some stains but room was clean otherwise. My wife checked room over pretty good especially mattress and bedding. Separate dressing area from rest of bathroom was a nice convenience. Structure sets off highway enough that road noise was not a problem...nor was other guests. Motel was within five miles of event attending so was an excellent find. We will plan on return stay. Manager/owner and staff were very nice and accommodating.

We lived there in a camper for a little over a year. We have a very nice camper and I got covid and was laying on the couch one day and there was a roach that was crawling across our coffee table. The sickness left my body as I tried to kill it. Little did I know that was only the beginning of a roach infestation in our home. One night I had turned off all of the lights and went to shower, when I was done I realized I forgot my phone charger in the kitchen and there were like 10 plus running all over my kitchen. I bug bombed several times after we left. I started noticing them running around outside between the campers. We are not nasty people we don’t live in a nasty environment. There was no reason for there to have been roaches In our camper.. At all. It would be a nice place to stay bu

Rooms were $70 plus tax. Weekly rate was $250 plus tax. Room was very basic, in my opinion , not worth it. But it was close to work and cheap for the area. Hotel reception was extremely nice and cordial . Owner was very rude , after being questioned several times about being alone and repeating the price in a demeaning tone from the owner . I decided to take my money elsewhere and pay a higher rate .

The motel was nice and clean. The bed was super firm, which I like, but I wish they offered coffee in the room for my husband. Would definitely stay here again.
