Fisher House #2

Everyone who worked at the Fisher House was simply amazing. It was like being at home away from home. We are so grateful for having the privilege of staying there. The Fisher House is simply a blessing to so many!

This place is AMAZING I stayed here while my father had surgery and while it was only supposed to be 3-5 days it turned into 10 days that I was there. The staff is WONDERFUL they are there to lend a helpful hand when needed and or someone to talk to. They feel in love with my service dog but honestly it’s hard not to…lol. The house operates just like if you were at home you’re expected to clean up after yourself this means cleaning your dishes ie putting them in dish washer, running the dish washer etc, taking out the garbage twice a day and so on. The house has been re modeled the rooms are all hard surface now which I like better than carpet, they have single & double rooms both with “Full size” (not really sure on the size but bigger than twin) beds, huge handicap bathrooms. Totally enjoyed our two day stay here. The employees & management were awesome in every respect. We couldn't believe how clean and nice this house was! Ty so much to everyone for a wonderful stay.

Neat, clean, quiet. Staff unobtrusive and yet readily available if needed. Very welcoming and a great resource for those like me who live far enough away that driving into WPAFB Med Center the morning of surgery isn't feasible.
