Customer Reviews
The rooms were adequate, the location is close to the interstate and the casino. The rooms have a fridge, microwave and small TV. The mattress was very springy and loud when you moved. No breakfast here, but its right accross the road from a huge gas station. The pool was warm! The hot tub was hot!
Hotels in this area are expensive and hard to find, especially in the summer. We were here for a wedding, so we tried to find rooms very much in advance. Rooms at First American (which is on the website as AmericiInn) were the most reasonably priced. We met family here, so were let in by the side door to our dark, dank room. The carpet felt damp. The furniture was banged up and uncomfortable. The sheets were thin and the bedding is scratchy. There weren't enough outlets for three people with devices and cpap's and the WiFi is the worst ever. The bathroom is old tile and cramped and the tub was not very clean looking.||When we went to the lobby to use the pool, it looks much more typically like an AmericInn - moderately attractive and comfortable. The standard pool set up was great for our
The person at the front desk was by far the best part of my experience. She was nice and helpful. My room left A LOT to be desired, especially for the price ($125). I stayed on the Royal Pines side of the hotel. The room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, dingy, and had a handful of bugs (not bed bugs/roaches, just other small bugs). The mattress was old and uncomfortable, sheets were rough, and the carpet was kinda sticky. Pillows were ok. This room should have been $40-60 at most.
Mattress was terrible, worn out. No breakfast but at the price, Kwik Trip is across the road. Would pay more if breakfast was served. And coffee other than room coffee. (They have an area for seating but did not have breakfast). Owned by casino so hard to find as it was under 35 and on south side from the casino. Would stay again if we got a better mattress.
Not a 5 star facility but definitely a wonderful place to stay. Staff was fantastic, pool and hot tub was great. Rooms are dated but for the price it's an absolute luxury deal. Rooms were clean and the hotel was full but respectfully quite. Will definitely be our choice of stays in the future 💯
