Fireside RV Park

I've was pleasantly surprised by this little RV Park. We've traveled full-time for 15 months and have stayed at over 60 parks in 23 states. We've stayed at 5 star resorts, with all the amenities you could ever want, and a couple disgusting parks run by slum lords. Fireside RV Park has minimal amenities, but they don't advertise themselves as a RESORT. Their sites are clean, well laid out and the owners are very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Greenville area. Joe was a gracious host.

We’ve been here for several years already and leave our RV for months at a time because we know this place is protected with all types of security and heart! The heart behind this team is “all in”. They take great pride in hand cleaning themselves so many of the community areas we use daily! This team is knows this community well and the community knows them — for their integrity! They are always in the premises and know who their families are that rent because they treat them like family. It’s not just a business to this staff — it’s servant leadership. Come stay here, you’ll know why we chose Fireside over all others in the area. Nothing comes close!

Visiting a friend in the area, I booked a week at Fireside. The grounds are extremely well kept. Security cameras are a great touch. The dog park is a nice size. It's a very quiet campground, though the traffic on the highway may disturb some. Joe couldn't be more helpful and genuinely wants guests to be well settled. Thank you for sharing your place. We camped there at the end of November 2025. It’s a young park, built in 2020. The owner, Joe, was very nice and helpful. They do not have an office or camp store. Nor does the park have a bath house or restrooms. They do have a laundry. The park is very clean and accessible. About 8 miles off I-26 in Woodruff, SC. The park is all gravel roads and sites. Paved sites Would be a welcome addition. The main drawback, that I found, was the water connections are underground so you have to get on your knees to connect your water hose.

We have been staying at this park for awhile- and it has been amazing all around. The park is clean and the owners are very attentive and truly care about what they do. We feel safe and comfortable here! Our dog also loves it as there is a nice fenced area for him to run around. Would recommend this park to anyone! Thank you Joe & Melodie ☺️
