Fireside Resort - Jackson Hole Campground

My husband, dog and I stayed at Fireside last week, and I absolutely HAD to come on here and write a glowing review. We stayed in one of the RV spots, which gave us access to the amenities and electric plug-in for our campervan. Amenities included a large hot tub, bathrooms/showers, and the laundry room that also had a sink area for doing some dishes. The property also has water, which was nice to refill our tank. Bathrooms and laundry area were always very clean. I also always felt safe in the bathroom area and appreciated the private/individual bathrooms that all locked. Every. Single. Staff member is SO nice and accommodating. We weren't totally sure when we'd be checking out, and they were so nice about it and were very willing to be flexible (thank's Matt!). They were all so helpful

The campground and spaces are clean and pull through making them easy to access. There is adequate space between RVs and the layout is nice with large trees. Location is convenient for accessing Grand Teton National Park. The laundry is an average facility and the shower facilities are very nice but not very clean in the evenings. The price point for what you get is quite high. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here yearly for past 7-9 years. Location close to Jackson and the Tetons. Staff excellent. Maintenance great and efficient. Now the negative. Lighting in cabin very minimal. Of course I'm old so that's a perception issue. The TV. They changed the TV connection. Not that we come to the Tetons to watch TV but would be nice to get local news and weather. TV SUCKS. Overall stay here if you like quaint and close to wildlife.

Great location with beautiful cabins! I stayed here with 2 friends for a girls trip to Grand Teton National Park and loved it! The staff was polite and wonderful to work with. The manager, Lindsey, was especially kind and welcoming to our group wishing our friend happy birthday upon arrival. The cabin was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished, it even had a cute electric fireplace. Fireside is perfectly located in between the Park and Jackson! It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to many of the local shops and attractions. We loved our stay at Fireside and would absolutely recommend their cabins to anyone visiting the area.

This is by far the worst campground we stayed at on our 3 week camping trip out west. The whole campground needs to have a lot of fresh gravel delivered and graded to smooth out the pot holes that are everywhere. The campsites for RVs are the tightest and closest we have ever encountered in our 3 years of camping. After pulling our travel trailer into our site the woman at the site next to us had to literally get up and move her camp chair (that was in her own site) so that we could open our van door and get out. Insane. This place should have cost $30 a night not $150 like we paid. There was no playground, no pool, no area good to walk dogs, and quite literally no frills or amenities that should come with such a high rate.
