We really had a great time for the weekend once we finally got settled in after some adjustments. Bathrooms were clean and nice so was the dome very cozy! I give 4 stars since I had to shovel a sheet of ice at our door mat and almost fell while the onsite person just watched after asking him for a shovel. Nothing was cleared just foot step tracks besides the walkway to the door. Other people asked to borrow the shovel after us because nothing was done. For a $900 2 night stay would have been nice to not have to worry about putting in labor breaking ice to walk safely off our porch to use the bathroom or fire pit. Also would have been great if they cleared the snow off the deck all together because it was piled up 3ft high against the dome and melting inside all over the electric outlets o

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and the camp exceeded our expectations. Our room was wonderful and cozy, with the little wood stove to keep us warm during the cold weather. We were very happy with our wood fired hot tub, and it was great to be able to take a dip on a sub 30 degree night. The fire pit out back with the cooking grate was great for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and really gave a fully camping feel. The camp store is quaint but had everything we needed like fire starters, wood, some merch, coffee, and tea. There is a small game room that had some board games and a few arcade games. The bathrooms were not a far walk and were always kept very clean and warm. The showers were also very clean. Any questions we had we texted the support number and got prompt responses.

The level of simplicity and connectedness is exactly what my family and I needed! My boys are 3 years old and 1 year old. They had so much fun in the family (7m) dome. The dome heater was excellent! The campground was easy to get around. The bathhouse was clean and had a family stall which was super helpful. My husband enjoyed making fire and cooking. The camp store had exactly what we needed/what we forgot. Such an awesome trip! My husband tried to use the wood fire sauna. We didn’t give ourselves enough time to set it up, let it heat up, and use it. Since it was so cold, it just needed more time to get going and heat up. Would highly recommend this campground!

The grounds were nice, well kept, and modern. The showers were stocked with soap and shampoo. The rooms were clean and had a kettle, towels, hangars, mini fridge and microwave. However, it wasn’t as remote as I had hoped, it was right off of the road and you could hear passing cars and trucks as well as the people whose houses surround the site. The bathrooms were nice and stocked and so was the camp store. My biggest issue was the fact that the fresh water sources were closed so we were told we had to get our drinking water from the bathroom building sinks. Also firewood is not included for your tent stove, spa, or campfire and has to be purchased from the camp store for 10 dollars a bundle. We stayed 2 nights and spent just over 100 dollars just in firewood (it must be bought on site). A

I was taken to Ferncrest Promised Land for an overnight, as a surprise from my wife, and it was my favorite 24 hours of the year. I absolutely loved it. Our dome was well appointed, the king-sized (maybe even California king?) was high quality (very firm memory foam), and the wood-fed hot tub was very well engineered and got hot (and maintained heat) far more effectively than I expected. The "self serve" general store (you enter a code to procure things like firewood, s'mores fixins etc and it goes to your credit card) was perfect and the pricing was quite fair. In fact all of the pricing for the experience was very reasonable. Bathrooms were clean, and a well provided clean potable water. Large meshed metal wagons were available for toting our bags/gear from the lot to our campsite.
