Fensel’s Motel

Very different, from your run of the mill motel. Slightly dated rooms, but charming & cozy. Makes one feel like they’ve gone back in time. I enjoy places as such. All was clean, sanitary & fresh linens. Got a good nights rest, and loved waking up & walking out to some beautiful views of gardening & green with chairs for relaxing. The numbered rooms are slightly confusing, but it adds to the charm & character of the place. There are a few, very friendly, cats in the hotel office & in the green center. Smoky & Baby if I remember correctly. Worth the stay, if you want to get a good nights rest, with little to no fuss, hassle & absolutely no problems with bugs or smoke smells in your space. Will stay here again!

As a child I stayed at many small town motels. I am so happy that my son stayed at this gem. The room was clean and nostalgic. Exactly what I hoped for. We slept well. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. I would stay here again. The price was so reasonable.

Do not stay here! The lady at the desk was very rude. Not to mention when I got to my room it was dirty from the last people who stayed and was trashed. They didn’t clean once so ever!!!

Lady at front desk was rude and over talked us as my husband was trying to find a restroom while I checked in..

Clean and a nice place to stay for Menno power show, very adequate.
