The reviews that discuss the landlord being hysterical and having no respect for boundaries is quite true unfortunately. He constantly talks about trauma from his mother, how he is God and knows everything… dude should probably get a psychiatric evaluation. Landlord lives on site. He often bothers those living there, is quite intrusive and literally yells when he is speaking. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. Might give you a gift if you have an argument with him where he asks you not to write a negative review but people have a right to post reviews of their experience. The reviews that talk about how he teaches you how to clean the kitchen and talks to you as if you are a child are unfortunately true. I stayed in this place for month and I think this is the best place you can get if you want a long term stay near Jackson Hospital. It’s very neat and tidy and rooms are very comfortable. The common kitchen has almost everything you need to cook( especially Indian Food) and you just feel like home here. The owner is super nice and always there to help you. I’d recommend this without a second thought !

The owner is so friendly,nice and warm-welcoming. He always makes sure that the needs of the clients are met. He cooked spaghetti for us on the third night. The common area is always clean and there are so many things provided eg, coffee, tea, sweet, soda etc. Overall, the stay was very satisfying and worthy. High recommended for everyone.

Very nice place, safe and very clean. The host is very friendly, nice and helpful. The place has privates and secure rooms with attached bathroom also has wifi and eminities like refrigerator, microwave, table, closet and tv in each room. You can use a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming here for business or pleasure.
