Fairway Suites at Peek'n Peak

The website is not an accurate representation of what you get. No staff is on site. They have almost no guests. The outside has goose poop everywhere. Weeds are everywhere including coming out of the gutters. The pool is green so you cannot use it. In fact, there are no amenities available at all. The cabinets inside in the kitchen and bathroom were falling off. The shower was stained and leaking. The view is off a pond that is mossed over and a golf course that is closed and overgrown. The shades in the living room were stained and one broke while there. This property is not as advertised and is almost non functional.

The staff was very friendly. Due to the Covid 19, the pool had a 10 person limit. That was understandable. I had a small issue, but that was taken care of by the wonderful staff. Love the way the room is set up. No smoking but they have a balcony that makes going out for a smoke very easy. The pool area was beautiful. Check in and check out was very easy. Love the area, the view, the shower, the bed, everything was great. This hotel would be my first pick to stay at when I come back.

The hotel is a conundrum. It's got a lot of potential, and barely misses being a truly wonderful place. Upon entering the room, (we rented a one-bedroom suite) you're greeted with some pleasant decor, a nice kitchenette, and a wonderful fireplace. The TV was nice to use, the fridge was large enough for anything you could need on vacation, and it came with a full-size stove. Then, we noticed anomalies. The shower curtain rod needed more tension to stay up. The bed was really creaky, I couldn't move without getting noise. I laid in bed and heard the people upstairs walking around, and even heard the mom tell her kids to brush their teeth. Not great sound insulation, I'm assuming. My husband and I stayed here for a ski weekend. The room was very nice and clean with a good view of the slopes across the pretty golf course. The hotel was quiet and the one-minute drive to the ski lodge was easy. Continental breakfast was excellent and drinks in front of the fire in the small lobby bar was a nice way to end the day. The staff was the most helpful and kind of anywhere we have stayed. Super helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!

The 3 bedroom suites w bathrooms were perfect for our group. We used the small kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sat on the upper balconies for a drink and it was a pretty view. Watched the P & P fireworks through the beautiful back windows. Our kids used the large pool. Would do it again.
