Great little place! Reasonably priced. The rooms and bathrooms are good size. They also had a nice little breakfast in the morning. Owner went above and beyond. Our car broke down and he was nice enough to provide a ride to town to get a tool we needed. Just a really nice place and people!

After only being in the room for 1 hour me and my husband and kids were all bit by bugs and packed up and left room had dirt on floor and was unclean. They keep putting me off to someone else for a refund and seem to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Then told me they stripped the room and said there was no bugs but their bed and our skin say otherwise. I highly recommend driving to Carrollton ky which isn’t far from there and getting a room over there.

Absolutely disgusting. Rooms had blood, urine, bugs, cigarette burns, and reeked of smoke. The owner is rude, dishonest, and hung up on me after refusing to refund both rooms—even though her own clerk admitted how nasty they were. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. Stay far, far away.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Fairway Inn isn’t a hotel, it’s a roach motel nightmare. We booked two rooms. The first room had blood and urine soaked into the sheets and mattress with bugs crawling around. Every surface was disgusting. The second “non smoking room” reeked of smoke, had stains and cigarette burns in the bedding, filthy furniture, and more bugs. Calling this place “dirty” is an understatement — it’s a biohazard. And the owner? Even worse than the rooms. When I reported the filth, the clerk saw it with her own eyes and confirmed how nasty it was. She even wrote a note promising a refund because it was THAT bad. But the rude owner — instead of doing the right thing — only refunded one room, refused the other, called me a liar, and hung up on me. Who runs a business
