I found my inner peace living here . It’s a beautiful, relaxing community. Everyone keeps to themselves but also is nice enough to say hello and wave! I’m a 90s kid so I love relaxing simplicity and the outdoors and this place has a lot of that ! Beautiful views and lots of trees and birds to see . Me and my husband actually look forward to paying the rent cause it gives us an excuse to see all the ladies at the desk and they are also very kind , helpful and supportive! I absolutely love that I have the honor in being apart of this community and my kids absolutely love their home! I also wanna say the workers who fix your unit if you need something done here and there are truly awesome great human beings who are very supportive, professional and kind! Been tenant for four years and never had an issue up until the last six months. They have had change in staff in the office and the new assistant rental manager is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Numerous issues out of nowhere after having zero issues for four years. Now it’s every little thing is an issue. Not a good place to rent anymore. I’m looking to move asap. They like to mess with peoples housing vouchers and try to get them to loose them. Had mine for ten years for my oldest son who is on disability; recently new office staff have been targeting people with vouchers. Very unprofessional and disappointing! Avoid this place!

wanted to give a shout out to fair lane homes. , especially the women i spoke to Stephanie whom was extremely helpful and worked with me making me feel at ease about everything. , Cant wait to move in gorgeous location and great homes! :)
