Great place. Well kept and good management. Combination of mobile homes and rv spots. Very quiet and secure. And not far from just about everything.
I have lived here since 2005. I feel safe living here. Some of the mobile homes are owner has mobile home/rent lot space as am I. Some homes are rental units owned by park owner. He does rent a few as short term units. There are also some travel trailer spaces in the park as well.
