Beds were clean & comfortable. Thermostat was accessible for disabled. ♿️ accommodating. The suite had what my Mom needed. They had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Parking was tight because they are remodeling 1/2 of the hotel so we had to go in through a back door. Most of the lot was fenced off but there wasn't any construction noise.

We didn't actually stay at this location (and NEVER will or would again; you should think twice about this location) We checked in late and promptly left within 15-20 minutes or so. We drove back home (95 miles) instead of staying. My bad: not noticing the hotel is in a parking lot adjacent to a noisy freeway on-ramp Theirs: - poor signage to direct people away from the normal front of hotel entrance that was currently under construction - allowing a vehicle to block the temporary customer entrance walkway to/from the limited parking lot and do nothing about it, no apologies, nothing. I actually tripped (holding my bags) trying to get around this vehicle, thank goodness I didn't injure myself. - noise from freeway heard from the hallway outside the room, inside the room was extremely bad (

This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead specifically to confirm that my room would have a full refrigerator with a freezer because I was coming into town for major knee surgery and would need ice packs around the clock. The GM personally assured me it wouldn’t be a mini fridge and told me my room would have a fridge with a freezer.||I checked in the day before surgery, and there was no freezer. I went to the front desk, and the same GM who promised it brushed me off and insisted there was one in my room. There wasn’t.||Because of this, my daughter had to run out and buy a medical ice machine and stay with me for the first seven nights just to keep ice coming. Highly recommended. Convenient location right next to the 5 freeway, however, freeway noise was no problem. The rooms are very quiet, clean and modern. My children had a great time swimming in the pool which was clean and small enough that I felt comfortable about their safety. The free complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options (which is great when you have a picky eater in the family). Any time I asked the staff for extra towels or anything else, they gladly fulfilled my request in a prompt manner. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely stay here again should I ever be in the area.

Right off I-5, front desk is usually friendly and breakfast always hot and fresh. Love the omelets. Rooms get cool quick and are basic but clean and spacious. Lots of construction going on, but the team keeps you informed of alternate entrances, noise etc.
