Fairfield Inn Medford Long Island

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was great and the hot daily breakfast was a nice touch. It was quiet and convenient to the highway and attractions. A short drive to Splish Splash, Long Island Aquarium and Bowlero Bowling. Check in and check out was a breeze and there was a pool to enjoy as well. We even had daily room cleaning. I would definitely stay with my family again.

Positive: "" Negative: I booked this hotel for me and my newborn. They put us on top floor and elevator was broken our entire stay (everyday they said it was getting fixed). I asked if they could provide a room for us on a lower level but they were unable to do so.

Rude staff!!. Wh had an issue with hot water in our room. Told the staff. Returned to the room, same issue. They moved us and still no hot water. The GM was extremely rude to my wife and even told her corporate would not do anything if we called them. My wife didn't even say anything about calling corporate. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Staff! I had a great experience at Fairfield Inn Medford Long Island. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options, and the pool and fitness room were both clean and convenient. The location is easy to find, right off NY-112, and parking was simple. It’s a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. For the price, this hotel really delivers on comfort and value. I’d definitely stay here again!

The Fairfield Marriott was recently completely renovated and seems brand new. The entire team goes above and beyond and is very welcoming. The Manager, Kateryna is awesome. The hotel is very clean. Plenty of free parking and complimentary breakfast. There’s a beautiful pool too. I highly recommend.
