A+++! We had an absolutely amazing stay! We were here for my son‘s final high school basketball tournament and I had mentioned it to the front desk. They made him a nice card and left it in the room. It put a huge smile on his face. He’s going to keep that forever. What a wonderful sentiment. They went over and above to make his experience special. Amazing staff - highly recommend!

Hotel is about one year old but my room and the common areas still looked brand new.|Julie at the front desk quickly recognized my Marriott Elite status and upgraded me to a quiet, comfortable fourth floor suite (thanks again!). |I was told at check in I wouldn’t have housekeeping during my two night stay. The room was well supplied with anything that would have been refreshed had there been. And Julie had extra coffees, towels, etc. |The air conditioner wasn’t any louder than I have experienced at similar hotels. This hotel was used to host our soccer team tournaments. Located near a strip mall that literally has most food, grocery, and pet needs. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. I think you have to request room clean because after we came back from being out, they only gave us freash towels. Great stay though.

Avoid. I asked for an upgrade as a Bonvoy Titanium member and got a 1st-floor room next to the ice/utility room with paper-thin walls—deafening noise every few hours all night. No manager available during the holiday, internet out for 2 nights, and power outage on the last night. Front desk admitted they knew the problem. Manager promised compensation but only redeemed 10% credit promised, then never apologized or followed through. The worst travel experience in any hotel in ten years.

The best Fairfield I have stayed at to date. Nice room, tidy bright hallways, large breakfast hall, spacious room with new working equipment, coffee is available all the time every day. There are eateries and a waterhole within walking distance across from hotel.
