Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wenatchee

Breakfast had tasty and diverse food options every day. The hotel was clean. There was free parking. The attendant who checked us in and out (Hunter) was one of the most professional, kind, and warm people we've ever met. That said, room service was one of the worst we've experienced. We didn't get clean sheets or towels, but our bag of souvenirs was thrown away. We went dumpster diving to get it back (they were from Leavenworth, and we didn't have the time to drive back and rebuy them all.) We were very disappointed by this lack of attention to detail.

Nice clean hotel. Lots of amenities close by. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and very good gym area. |Much better than Springhill Suites.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Negative: There are no detailed cleanings happening here. Elevators are dirty & have puke in them. The carpets are filthy, ripped, stapled back down. Corners of showers & hallways are filled with mud & mildew. The halls are not vacuumed. The pool had no towels. Ew.

Most hotels by Marriott are stellar. This one was noisy, I was on the north side next to a semi busy street. Still heard footstep noise from room above and next door I could hear people talking plain as day and they werent having a party or anything. Usually I hear no one in a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise rooms were clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Location decent.

The suites are large and well spaced. Bathroom are excellent lots of grab bars that are very well place as is the towel rack so can grab a towel while in the shower. We loved our stay
