Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Union

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. The reception staff Ms. Dalia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and very cordial from the moment I arrived. The front desk associate Ms. Dalia who assisted me was especially outstanding. She handled my room upgrade smoothly and was extremely kind when I had a concern. Her attitude was warm, charismatic, and genuinely attentive, which made a big difference in my overall experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who is both so professional and so personable. She truly made the stay pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely stay here again.

I don't often write reviews, but had to share:||I've been taking my high school students on trips for many years, and this was the best experience I've had overall with a hotel. The site seems pretty new (my room was spotless) and everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good with an egg and meat option offered, bagels, a waffle maker, yogurt, little muffins, juice, coffee... my students were satisfied with the selection. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Surrounding area was quiet. Nice to have a Wawa a 10-second walk away as well. This hotel was spotless and extremely well-maintained. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was very clean and comfortable. The stay was truly awesome—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The staff was professional and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to the airport and convenient for an early flight. Usually I would say this hotel is just fine, I’m not there long and I usually only take advantage of the gym and no other amenities like breakfast. But I will likely not be staying here again after my last stay. I checked in on the app and got a notification that my room/mobile key were ready. So when I arrived I went straight up to the room only to find that it was in fact occupied upon my entry. That is m unsafe, scary, and an invasion of privacy. I was of course given another room but felt unsafe regardless that someone could walk in on me. Additionally, this location is always kind of loud whether it be outside noise or people in the hallways.

This location does not provide water bottles. I have ALWAYS got free water bottles when I stay at Marriott. I used the drinking water station in the fitness center and it is very clear that they do not maintain this machine. The water has a horrible taste and was not cold. The filters probably have never been changed or cleaned. Also, the shower door in our room was broken and does not close. Water leaks all over the floor after the shower. I would look for another property. Not a good experience here. Just for reference, I only stay at Marriott properties. Usually about 100 nights per year. If you are a review person and see this, I would seek another property for your stay.
